Description

This crockpot ravioli lasagna is the easiest cheesy comfort food you’ll ever make. It’s perfect for busy weeknights and potlucks!


Ingredients

  • 1 (25 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 (28 ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning to taste


Instructions

  1. Pour a thin layer of marinara sauce into the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Layer half of the ravioli on top of the sauce.
  3. Spoon dollops of ricotta cheese over the ravioli.
  4. Sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Pour half of the remaining marinara sauce over the ravioli.
  6. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat layers: remaining ravioli, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Season with Italian seasoning.
  9. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1.5-2 hours, or until the ravioli are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can add cooked ground beef or Italian sausage for extra protein.
  • Feel free to use your favorite marinara sauce.
  • For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
