Description
This crockpot ravioli lasagna is the easiest cheesy comfort food you’ll ever make. It’s perfect for busy weeknights and potlucks!
Ingredients

- 1 (25 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 (28 ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Italian seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Pour a thin layer of marinara sauce into the bottom of your crockpot.
- Layer half of the ravioli on top of the sauce.
- Spoon dollops of ricotta cheese over the ravioli.
- Sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Pour half of the remaining marinara sauce over the ravioli.
- Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers: remaining ravioli, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Season with Italian seasoning.
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1.5-2 hours, or until the ravioli are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add cooked ground beef or Italian sausage for extra protein.
- Feel free to use your favorite marinara sauce.
- For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
