Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped

Instructions
- Cook and peel the shrimp.
- Dice the cucumbers and slice the red onion.
- Chop the fresh dill.
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, cucumbers, red onion, and dill.
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve chilled.

- Adjust the amount of lemon juice to your taste.
- You can add avocado for extra creaminess.
- For a spicier salad, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
