Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Spread the ricotta mixture evenly into a small oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and slightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle generously with hot honey.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
