- 1 package (14.1 ounces) refrigerated pie crusts
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll pie crusts and use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out shapes.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Place heart cutouts on a baking sheet.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture onto half of the heart cutouts.
- Top with sliced strawberries.
- Place another heart cutout on top of the cream cheese and strawberry.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
