Description

A refreshing pasta salad with dill pickles.


Ingredients

  • Pasta (2 cups)
  • Dill Pickles (1 cup, chopped)
  • Cheddar Cheese (1 cup, cubed)
  • Red Onion (1/2 cup, diced)
  • Bacon (4 slices, cooked and crumbled)
  • Ranch Dressing (1/2 cup)
  • Dill Weed (1 tablespoon)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Rinse pasta with cold water and drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, pickles, cheese, red onion, and bacon.
  4. Add ranch dressing and dill weed.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss to combine.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can add more or less pickles based on your preference.
  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
