Description
A refreshing pasta salad with dill pickles.
Ingredients
- Pasta (2 cups)
- Dill Pickles (1 cup, chopped)
- Cheddar Cheese (1 cup, cubed)
- Red Onion (1/2 cup, diced)
- Bacon (4 slices, cooked and crumbled)
- Ranch Dressing (1/2 cup)
- Dill Weed (1 tablespoon)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Rinse pasta with cold water and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, pickles, cheese, red onion, and bacon.
- Add ranch dressing and dill weed.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add more or less pickles based on your preference.
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to use your favorite type of pasta.
