- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (6 ounce) can French fried onions
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain off any grease.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and mixed vegetables.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with French fried onions and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
