Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix soup and milk.
  4. Pour soup mixture over chicken.
  5. Sprinkle with vegetables and cheese.
  6. Top with bread crumbs.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and bread crumbs are golden.
  8. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
