- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken breasts in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix soup and milk.
- Pour soup mixture over chicken.
- Sprinkle with vegetables and cheese.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and bread crumbs are golden.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute cream of mushroom soup.
- Add different vegetables as you like.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
