Description

A simple Dump-and-Bake Chicken & Stuffing Casserole. It’s easy to make and perfect for a weeknight meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (6 ounce) box chicken-flavored stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, combine soup, milk, and vegetables.
  3. Place chicken breasts on top of the mixture.
  4. In a bowl, mix stuffing mix and melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle stuffing mix over the chicken.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and stuffing is golden brown.

Notes

  • You can use different types of frozen vegetables.
  • For extra flavor, add some dried herbs to the stuffing mix.
  • Make sure the chicken is fully cooked before serving.
