This easy baked French toast casserole is a perfect breakfast. It’s simple to make and delicious.

- 1 loaf of bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Place bread cubes in the baking dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread. Make sure all bread is soaked.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
- Let it cool slightly. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- You can add berries or other toppings.
- For a richer flavor, use challah or brioche bread.
- This casserole can be made the night before.
