Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Brown ground pork in a large pot. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, and basil. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add broken lasagna noodles. Cook until noodles are tender.
