- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown ground pork in a large pot. Drain any excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, and basil. Bring to a boil.
- Add broken lasagna noodles. Cook until noodles are tender.
- Stir in ricotta cheese and heavy cream.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with mozzarella cheese before serving.

- You can use ground beef or turkey instead of pork.
- Add vegetables like carrots and celery for extra flavor.
