  • 1 can (14.75 oz) cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, whole kernel corn (with liquid), cream-style corn, and sour cream.
  3. Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
  4. If using, fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
