Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any excess grease.
- Add onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
- Stir in garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, and cumin.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve with cheese, sour cream, or avocado if desired.
