- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 head broccoli, chopped and steamed
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup (or low-carb alternative)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, soup, and sour cream.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
