Ingredients
- Pasta (e.g., rotini, penne) – 1 pound
- Cherry tomatoes – 1 pint, halved
- Cucumber – 1, diced
- Red onion – 1/2, thinly sliced
- Black olives – 1/2 cup, sliced
- Italian dressing – 1 cup
- Fresh basil – 1/4 cup, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
- Pour Italian dressing over the pasta and vegetables.
- Add fresh basil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
