Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sliced strawberries and granulated sugar. Let it sit.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Layer pound cake cubes, strawberry mixture, and cream cheese mixture in mason jars or dessert cups.
  6. Repeat layers.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
