Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Add sesame oil, onion, and garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in coleslaw mix. Cook until cabbage wilts.
  4. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

  • You can add cooked shrimp or chicken instead of beef.
