Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain any excess grease.
- Add sesame oil, onion, and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Stir in coleslaw mix. Cook until cabbage wilts.
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
- You can add cooked shrimp or chicken instead of beef.
- Add a dash of sriracha for spice.
- Serve with your favorite toppings like sesame seeds or chopped peanuts.
