- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in green beans, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until green beans are tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
