Description
A simple one-pot meal featuring garlic butter shrimp and orzo.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup orzo pasta
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pot.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic to the pot and cook briefly.
- Stir in orzo and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until orzo is cooked (about 10-12 minutes).
- Stir in butter.
- Add shrimp back to the pot.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serve immediately.

- Add vegetables like spinach or cherry tomatoes.
