Delicious bite-sized cheeseburger bombs with a garlic parmesan crust.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Optional toppings: burger sauce, pickles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cheese, and onion.
- Mix well and form into small balls.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and melted butter.
- Dip each meatball in the Parmesan mixture, then wrap with a biscuit piece.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- You can use any type of cheese you prefer.
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
