Ingredients

- 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 package (20 ounces) cheese tortellini
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Add tortellini and cook according to package directions.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- You can use any type of tortellini.
- Adjust the amount of garlic to your preference.
- For a thicker sauce, add a tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with water.
