Description

Delicious golden seared chicken thighs with garlic mushrooms.


Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs: 6
  • Mushrooms: 1 pound, sliced
  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: To taste
  • Black pepper: To taste
  • Fresh thyme: 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Chicken broth: 1/2 cup


Instructions

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sear chicken thighs until golden. Set aside.
  3. Add butter to the skillet. Sauté mushrooms and garlic.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet. Add thyme and chicken broth.
  5. Simmer until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
