Description
Delicious golden seared chicken thighs with garlic mushrooms.
Ingredients
- Chicken thighs: 6
- Mushrooms: 1 pound, sliced
- Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: To taste
- Black pepper: To taste
- Fresh thyme: 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Chicken broth: 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sear chicken thighs until golden. Set aside.
- Add butter to the skillet. Sauté mushrooms and garlic.
- Return chicken to the skillet. Add thyme and chicken broth.
- Simmer until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.

- Add a splash of white wine for extra flavor.
