- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it.

- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and milk.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients alternately with the yogurt mixture, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon to the dry ingredients.
- If you don’t have Greek yogurt, regular plain yogurt can be used, but the muffins may be slightly less dense.
- Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results.
