Description

  • Provolone cheese (8 ounces, sliced)
  • Red onion (1/2, thinly sliced)
  • Green bell pepper (1, chopped)
  • Black olives (1/2 cup, sliced)
  • Cherry tomatoes (1 cup, halved)
  • Italian dressing (1 cup)
  • Mayonnaise (1/4 cup, optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, salami, provolone, red onion, bell pepper, olives, and tomatoes.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together Italian dressing and mayonnaise (if using).
