Description
A refreshing pasta salad with Italian grinder flavors.
Ingredients
- Pasta (1 pound)
- Salami (8 ounces, sliced)
- Provolone cheese (8 ounces, sliced)
- Red onion (1/2, thinly sliced)
- Green bell pepper (1, chopped)
- Black olives (1/2 cup, sliced)
- Cherry tomatoes (1 cup, halved)
- Italian dressing (1 cup)
- Mayonnaise (1/4 cup, optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, salami, provolone, red onion, bell pepper, olives, and tomatoes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Italian dressing and mayonnaise (if using).
- Pour dressing over pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
