A delicious and creamy macaroni salad, perfect for summer gatherings, inspired by Guy Fieri.
Ingredients

- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, sweet pickle relish, and dill pickle relish.
- Add the cooked macaroni, celery, red onion, and chopped eggs to the bowl.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder.
- This salad is best served cold.
