- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a large pot. Drain any excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Pour in beef broth.
- Add celery, zucchini, thyme, and rosemary.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream (optional).
- Serve hot.

- Adjust vegetables based on your preference.
- For extra flavor, add a bay leaf while simmering.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
