Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water.
  5. Pour the sauce over the ground turkey.
  6. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
