Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water.
- Pour the sauce over the ground turkey.
- Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
