Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Spread shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
