- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Crackers or baguette slices, for serving
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine smoked salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, capers, and pepper.
- Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Serve with crackers or baguette slices.
