- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (1 ounce) packet dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the condensed cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and seasoning.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks, or remove and shred before returning to the sauce.
- Serve hot, topped with shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
