Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring until the sauce thickens and coats the shrimp.
- In a separate pan, steam or stir-fry broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
- Assemble the bowls: Place cooked rice in the bottom of each bowl. Top with honey garlic shrimp and broccoli.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
