Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugars until smooth.
- Beat in vanilla and eggs.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Stir in butterscotch chips, toffee bits, and pecans.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes.
- Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For a chewier cookie, slightly underbake.
