Easy and delicious slow cooker honey garlic meatballs perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 (32 ounce) bag frozen meatballs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1.5-2 hours, or until meatballs are heated through and sauce has thickened.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use homemade meatballs instead of frozen.
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
