Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 1 minute more.
- Add shredded cabbage and beef broth.
- Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
- Serve hot.
