Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 oz fresh spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet, cook until softened.
  4. Stir in spinach until wilted.
  5. Mix in cream cheese and heavy cream until melted and combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
  8. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
