Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, mayo


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any grease.
  2. Add onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until onion is softened.
  3. Pour in beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
