- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, mayo
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any grease.
- Add onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until onion is softened.
- Pour in beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Top with pickles and other desired toppings.
- Serve immediately.
