- 1 medium zucchini, chopped

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet.
- Brown ground beef. Drain any excess fat.
- Add onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in zucchini and garlic. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until zucchini is tender.
- Serve hot.
