Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet.
- Brown ground beef. Drain any fat.
- Add onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Add broccoli and beef broth. Simmer until broccoli is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with cheese. Cook until melted.
