Ingredients

Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sear chicken until golden.
- Remove chicken. Add butter, garlic, and lemon zest. Cook until fragrant.
- Add orzo and toast.
- Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Season.
- Return chicken to the skillet.
- Simmer until orzo is cooked and sauce has thickened.
- Garnish with parsley.
