Description

A delicious and easy low-carb bacon cheeseburger casserole.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped pickles


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any grease.
  3. Add onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
  4. Stir in salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  5. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream.
  6. Add the cooked beef mixture to the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Stir in half of the cheddar cheese, bacon, and pickles (if using).
  8. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  9. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  11. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can add other vegetables, like bell peppers.
  • Feel free to use different types of cheese.
