A delicious and easy low-carb bacon cheeseburger casserole.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- Optional: 1/4 cup chopped pickles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any grease.
- Add onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Stir in salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream.
- Add the cooked beef mixture to the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in half of the cheddar cheese, bacon, and pickles (if using).
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables, like bell peppers.
- Feel free to use different types of cheese.
- For extra flavor, use a sugar-free ketchup.
