A quick and easy Low Carb Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry. Skip the sugary sauce packets and make a delicious, healthy meal.

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Pour sauce over beef and broccoli. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until sauce thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the beef in a little coconut aminos and ginger before cooking.
- Adjust the red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
- Serve with cauliflower rice for a complete low-carb meal.
