Description

A quick and easy Low Carb Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry. Skip the sugary sauce packets and make a delicious, healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add broccoli, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, until broccoli is tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  5. Pour sauce over beef and broccoli. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the beef in a little coconut aminos and ginger before cooking.
