- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can green beans, drained
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (or low-carb alternative)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any grease.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
- Stir in green beans and cream of mushroom soup. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

- You can substitute cream of mushroom soup with a low-carb alternative.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers.
