Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can green beans, drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (or low-carb alternative)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any grease.
  2. Add onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in green beans and cream of mushroom soup. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Top with cheddar cheese.
