Description

A delicious and easy low-carb bake with beef and spinach in a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in spinach, cream cheese, and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix until cream cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
  6. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
