- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok.
- Brown ground beef, breaking it up. Drain any excess fat.
- Add onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in garlic, cabbage, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Cook, stirring frequently, until cabbage is tender-crisp.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust soy sauce to your taste.
- Add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
