- 1 pound thinly sliced beef steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Low-carb slider buns or lettuce wraps
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the thinly sliced beef over medium-high heat until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
- Return the beef to the skillet. Stir in the cream cheese, provolone cheese, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook, stirring, until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the cheesesteak mixture into your low-carb slider buns or wrap in lettuce leaves.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra flavor, you can add mushrooms to the vegetables.
