- 1.5 lbs chicken tenders
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken tenders to the marinade and toss to coat.
- Place chicken tenders on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Top with feta cheese and olives.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately.

- Serve with a side of pita bread and hummus.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
