Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken tenders to the marinade and toss to coat.
  4. Place chicken tenders on a baking sheet.
