Description

Ingredients

  • Spinach (1 cup)
  • Feta cheese (1/4 cup)
  • Mozzarella cheese (1/2 cup)
  • Red onion (1/4 cup, sliced)
  • Tortillas (2 large)
  • Olive oil (1 tbsp)


Instructions

  1. Sauté red onion in olive oil until softened.
  2. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Mix in feta and mozzarella.
  4. Fill tortillas with the mixture.
  5. Fold or top with another tortilla.
  6. Cook in a pan until golden and cheese melts.
  7. Cut and serve.
