Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, and cheddar cheese.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers and melted butter.
- Sprinkle cracker mixture over the casserole.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add other vegetables, such as peas or carrots.
- For a spicier casserole, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
