Simple and delicious one-bowl banana bread recipe.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash bananas.
  3. Add melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Stir in baking soda and salt.
  5. Add flour and mix until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • You can add chocolate chips or nuts.
  • Make sure your bananas are very ripe.
