Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (14.1 ounce) can refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain any grease.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Stir in ketchup and mustard.
  5. Unroll one pie crust in the skillet.
  6. Sprinkle with half the cheese.
  7. Top with beef mixture.
  8. Cover with the second pie crust. Crimp edges to seal.
  9. Cut slits in the top crust.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake until melted.
