- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss chicken and green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken and green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and green beans.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and green beans are tender-crisp.
- Serve immediately.
